Before you pay anyone, anywhere
Check it's really us
Fake remote-job adverts are the most common scam in Egypt, and a real company that trains people for US work looks, from the outside, a lot like a fake one. So here is every address, account and inbox that is genuinely Axelerate. If it is not on this page, it is not us.
The short version. We never ask you for money to get a job, and we never ask you for a code, a password or a bank account number.
In one minute
- Check the web address letter by letter — it is axeleraterei.com.
- Check the sender's domain. Real Axelerate email only ever comes from @axeleraterei.com.
- Check the account against the list below.
- If money is being asked for before a job, stop.
Not sure about something you were sent? Forward it to us and you will get a straight yes or no.
Five things Axelerate never does
These have no exceptions. Not for a special case, not for a faster start, not for a manager, not for the founder.
If any of them happens to you, whoever is doing it is not Axelerate — however well they know our name, our logo or the words on this site.
- We never charge you for a job offer. Joining the Marketplace, your profile, browsing every open job and a number of applications a month are free. A paid plan buys you more — unlimited applications, direct messages, and a higher place in investor search. It buys reach. It does not buy a job: no plan gets you an offer, an interview or a decision, because investors choose, not us. And when an investor does hire you, the investor pays our placement fee, never you.
- We never ask you for money for a particular job. No registration fee, no visa fee, no equipment fee, no security deposit, no payment to hold a seat, to reach an interview, to accept an offer, or to "release" a contract or a first salary. Every price we charge is on a public pricing page and is paid through checkout — never to a person, and never for one named job. Anyone asking you for that is not Axelerate.
- We never ask you for a code, a password or a PIN. Axelerate sends you a 6-digit sign-in code, and only in the seconds after you pressed sign in yourself. Nobody here will ever ring, message or email you asking you to read a code back, or asking for your password, your card PIN or your bank details.
- We never send you a number to send money to. Card, wallet and Fawry payments happen on EasyKash's own checkout page, which you reach by pressing Pay on our site. If you pay by InstaPay or a mobile wallet instead, the account number is shown to you inside your own account at checkout — it is never sent to you in a message. A number that arrives by WhatsApp, Messenger or email is not ours.
- We never hire over chat alone. There is a screen before anyone is put in front of an investor: an English assessment on video, a live role-play call, and a work agreement read through with you. An offer that arrives as a few WhatsApp messages and a request for money is not how this works.
Every official channel
This is the complete list. Axelerate has no other website, no other pages, and no other email domain. A profile using our logo and our words is not ours unless it is one of these.

What a real message looks like
- Email comes from an address ending @axeleraterei.com. Look at the address itself, not the display name — a display name can say anything.
- Sign-in codes are six digits, arrive by email or WhatsApp, and only ever in the seconds after you pressed sign in. A code you did not ask for means somebody is trying your password. Change it.
- Payment begins by you pressing Pay on our own site and ends on EasyKash's checkout page. Nothing legitimate skips that step.
- We do not cold-message you a job offer. If a message opens with an offer and closes with a payment, it is a scam — whatever logo is on it.
When you do pay us
Everything Axelerate sells is paid for through EasyKash, an Egyptian payment company operated by Finhive LLC (commercial register 4984, Dokki, Giza). You reach it by pressing Pay on our own site, and you pay by card, mobile wallet, Meeza or Fawry.
Because EasyKash takes the payment, EasyKash is what you are likely to see on a card statement or a wallet receipt rather than the word Axelerate. That is normal and it is not a sign that something has gone wrong.
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Egyptian pounds at the day's rate, so the exact figure on your statement can differ a little from the figure on the page.
Found a fake?
Tell us, even if you did not fall for it. Knowing which account is doing it is what gets it taken down.
- Send it to hello@axeleraterei.com with a screenshot and the link or number it came from.
- Report the account on the platform it is on as well — that is usually faster than anything we can do from outside.
- If you have already sent money, tell your bank or wallet provider straight away, then report it to the police. Speed matters more than anything else at that point.
You will not be judged for asking. People ask us this every week.
