The agreement between you and Axelerate when you use our website, the learning platform, the Marketplace and everything on them. Plain English, because a term you cannot read is a term you did not agree to.

Who we are
Axelerate trains people in Egypt and the region for seats on United States real estate
teams, and introduces them to investors who hire. We run this website
(axeleraterei.com), the learning platform (learn.axeleraterei.com) and the
Axelerate Marketplace.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account. One account per person: it is
yours, it is not transferable, and you are responsible for what happens on it.
Give us an email address you can actually open. Every sign-in asks for a six-digit code as
well as your password, and we send that code to your address (or your WhatsApp number, if you
set one up). If you lose access to both, we may not be able to get you back in.
Tell us straight away if you think somebody else is using your account.
One device at a time
An Axelerate account is signed in on one device at a time. Signing in
somewhere new signs the old device out, and we warn you before it happens. This is deliberate:
accounts that get passed around are accounts whose call records mean nothing.
Sharing your login, or selling access to it, ends the account.
What you get, and what you pay for
A free account opens the Cold Caller course and a small monthly allowance of AI practice.
It costs nothing and we will not ask you for a card to keep it.
Books, script libraries, courses beyond the free one, and larger AI allowances are sold
separately. What each one costs is shown before you pay. Prices are shown and charged in US
dollars.
We may change what a plan includes. If a change makes a plan you have already paid for
materially worse, write to us and we will sort it out.
Seats, proof and review
Every new account starts on the Cold Caller seat. The more senior seats
open in one of two ways, and neither of them is by asking:
By work. Clear the bar on your current seat and the next one opens.
By proof. If you already work in one of these roles, tell us, make a test call on the AI, and we review the recording and the score. We approve it, or we decline it and tell you why.
While a claim is being reviewed, your Cold Caller seat stays fully open — you are not left
waiting on us to train. The seat you claimed stays locked until we have decided.
A decision is ours to make, and we can reverse one if the work does not match the claim.
Claiming experience you do not have wastes your time before it wastes ours.
The AI practice calls
A practice call is a conversation with a machine that plays a property seller. It is
training, not a real lead, and nothing said in one reaches a real homeowner.
We record the call — both sides, including your voice — and we write down what was
said. That is how the marking works, and it is how you get a record of your calls
that an investor can listen to. There is more about recordings in our
Privacy Policy, including how long we keep them and how to
have them deleted.
The score is produced by software. It is a coaching tool and an honest attempt, not a
qualification, and we do not guarantee it is right about any particular call.
How to behave
The short version: train honestly and treat people decently. Specifically, do not:
share your account, or sign in for somebody else
submit a call, a score or a recording that is not your own work
copy our books, scripts or course material out of the platform, or resell them
scrape the site, hammer our API, or try to get at data that is not yours
harass anybody in the chat rooms, or post anything unlawful there
use what you learn here to break the law in the country you are calling
Cold calling in the United States is regulated. We teach the craft; staying on the right
side of the rules where you are calling is yours to do.
Who owns what
Ours: the courses, the books, the scripts, the platform and everything we
wrote. You get a personal licence to use what you have access to, while you have an account.
Nothing here transfers ownership.
Yours: what you write and record. You keep it. You give us permission to
store it, mark it, and show it where the product plainly shows it — your call to your own
report, a call you choose to share with a room or the Marketplace, your name on the
leaderboard. We do not sell it and we do not put you in advertising without asking.
The Marketplace
If you use the Marketplace, your profile — and the calls you choose to attach to it — can
be seen by investors and companies looking to hire. That is the point of it, and you choose
what goes on it.
We introduce people. We are not your employer and we are not a party to any job,
contract or payment agreed between you and a company you meet here. We do not
guarantee that anybody is hired, and we do not guarantee that a company is what it says it
is — check for yourself before you sign or travel.
Payments and refunds
Payments are taken by EasyKash, our payment provider. We never see or hold
your card number.
An order is paid when EasyKash tells us it is paid — not when a transfer is promised. If you
pay by bank transfer or InstaPay instead, access opens once we have confirmed the money
arrived, usually within a few hours.
Digital goods. Books, scripts and course access are delivered immediately
and are not returnable once opened, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If something
is broken, not what was described, or you were charged twice, write to
hello@axeleraterei.com and we will put it right.
AI allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Unused allowance is not refundable.
Ending the agreement
You: close your account whenever you like, by writing to
hello@axeleraterei.com. We will delete it and what is on it, except anything we
have to keep (see the Privacy Policy).
Us: we can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we
reasonably can, we tell you why first and give you a chance to answer. For a serious breach —
fraud, sharing logins, abusing people — we may act immediately.
If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of
anything you have paid for.
What we do not promise
We promise to run this properly. We do not promise that you will be hired, that you will
earn a particular amount, or that the platform will never be down. Training and introductions
are what we sell; a job is not.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial or immigration advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost
income, lost opportunity, a deal that did not happen. Where we are liable, our liability is
limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here limits
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo
have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere that gives you stronger rights, you keep
those rights — nothing here takes them away.
Before anybody goes near a court: write to hello@axeleraterei.com. Almost
everything is fixable by email.
Changes to these terms
We will change these terms as the products change. When we make a change that matters, we
will tell account holders by email and put the new date at the top of this page. Carrying on
using Axelerate after that means you accept the new version.
