Egypt → US real estate

Learn the US deal cycle. Work it live. Get hired.

Axelerate trains MENA professionals for the six seats US real estate teams hire for — then puts them on a live floor for a month, under QA review, before anyone meets an investor.

Between batches right now. No cohort is on the floor and the next start date is not set. Sign in and you will be told when it is.

“I had done two years in an Egyptian call centre and thought I knew the phone. The first week of recordings showed me I didn't. By week three I sounded like someone I would hire.”
Omar S.Cold Caller
“The role-play with Moataz playing the homeowner was harder than any real seller I got on the dialer afterwards. That is the point of it.”
Nour A.Appointment Setter
“Nobody had ever listened to my calls and told me exactly what to change. Here it happened every day, on the call I had just made.”

Who runs the training

Moataz Mustafa, founder and trainer

Six years working these seats from Egypt — Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, Lead Manager, Acquisition Manager, Transaction Coordinator and Disposition Manager, plus wholesaling on his own account. Every seat Axelerate supplies, he has sat in.

He started Axelerate in September 2024 because he knew how many people around him could do the same work; what they were missing was someone to walk them through it. Two QA reviewers join mid-training so they are in place when a batch reaches the floor.

For US investors and teams

Hire someone who has already made the calls

Competitors send you people who finished a course. Axelerate sends people who spent a month on live US calls, on real lists, under QA review — and hands you the recordings and the leads they generated so you can judge for yourself.

  • A placement fee, and nothing until you take someone on
  • Three screening stages before an interview reaches you
  • EST and PST hours both covered
For Investors

What you receive with every candidate

  • CV and achievements
  • Scores from the training
  • Call recordings from the live floor
  • The leads they personally generated

How the training actually works

Three stages. The middle one is the part competitors do not have.

A month on a live floor

Trainees work Axelerate's dialer and Axelerate's lists on real US calls for roughly a month before anyone meets an investor.

Calls are recorded and kept

Which is what makes the rest of this possible — an investor can hear the work rather than take a description of it.

QA and one-to-one coaching

A trainer and a QA reviewer listen to the calls and coach the caller directly, while the batch is still on the floor.

A portfolio, not a certificate

Every candidate arrives with a CV, achievements, training scores, call recordings, and the leads they personally generated.

A three-stage screen

English assessment on video, a role-play where the trainer plays the homeowner, then the work agreement.

EST and PST both covered

Working hours on either US coast are not a constraint.
